Meet Jennifer 

Jennifer Williams is a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPC-S) and Certified

Alcohol and Drug Counselor CADC) with a Master’s degree from Grand Canyon University.

She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP). Jennifer is currently licensed and

able to provide therapy services in Texas and Oklahoma. She has experience working with

children, adolescents, and adults on a variety of mental health concerns including anxiety,

depression, substance abuse/addictions, adjustment issues, life transitions, work life balance,

trauma, grief and loss.

Trauma

Everyone doesn't experience traumatic incidents the same way. Although, it can be difficult to process, let's work together to create tools to help you better live your life.

Sometimes when we are stuck in our fears and worries we lose our sense of confidence to rise above challenges. Let me help harness your hidden personal strengths and cultivate your inner power.

Substance Abuse

You do not have to suffer if your  willing to get help.  Anyone can get sober with the right direction and the willingness to make changes in life. Let me help give you direction. 

Life Transitions 

Major life changes can be difficult to live with. In addition to these changes, life keeps moving and it can be stressful. Coping with change involves working through the emotions and adjusting to new circumstances. Let me help assist you through these changes in life. 

Grief and Loss

Loss can remain buried, unrecognized and unsupported, can complicate mourning and block our process of grieving. Let me help guide you through this process of life.
